Presidential Volunteer Service Award Hour Log Submission
Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital is only able to award the PVSA to registered members of Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. Applicants from outside the council WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. As a reminder, PVSA forms are due by October 10th. Applicants will be notified of their award status after that date. Service Hours must have occurred during the previous girl scout year, October 1st to September 30th, with the exception of hours earned for the Lifetime Achievement Award. The requirements for each award level are determined by age of the applicant and can be found below:
