Girl Scout Global Citizen Summit Application

Participant Criteria:

Aged 15-20 (Senior/Ambassador Girl Scouts or young alums) through Freshman Year of College
Girl Scout must be in good standing with Girl Scout Nation's Capital and an active Girl Scout member.
Exemplifies characteristics of the “Girl Scout Global Citizen” and is interested in building upon those skills
Expresses an interest in global issues, leadership, cross-cultural communication, or other relevant topics
Available for prep sessions, events, and post-event obligations (Amplification Project)
Fluent in English (NOTE: all participants, including those from other countries, are required to be fluent. All program content will be delivered in English.)
NOTE: The Global Citizen Summit overlaps with the National Council Session, so NCS delegates are not eligible

Why is there an application for the Girl Scout Global Citizen Summit 2026?

When you participate in this opportunity, you’ll know that all your fellow Girl Scouts completed this application too– showing that they are just as passionate about the Global Girl Scouting as you are, and that they have the skills needed to succeed on that endeavor. This application helps ensure that everyone is ready to come together for an amazing experience. (Plus, it’s good practice for the college or job applications coming in your future!)
