Let us be part of your Girl Scout’s special day! Whether it’s a troop outing, birthday party, or a bridging ceremony, the Build-A-Bear Workshop is a whole lot of fun.

Reservations are now available on select Saturdays from March through June. Current max capacity per event is 20 participants. We will do our best to honor your first requested date and time but requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your understanding.

After completing this request form, someone from our Girl Scout Shop team will be in touch to schedule your Build-a-Bear experience. A $50 deposit is required after the GS Shop confirms your reservation, which will then be credited towards your event invoice.
